Dual drive of the upper beam together with a new locking solution that holds the clamping creates high clamping pressure resulting in precise folding. Both rails and tools have a quick change and crowning is easily adjusted. The听FORMA听metal folder is equipped with Combi beam as standard and can be equipped with Multifold as an option.

From the integrated back gauge, allowing complex parts production from the folding side, to the Combi beam with its high divided tools and straight rail, the PRO听takes many of our additional options and makes them standard. With its 100% duty cycle of forming 9-gauge at 122鈥�, this fully upgraded metal folder makes it possible to replace two operators with one and still produce accurate parts up to four times faster than with a press brake.
- Dual drive of clamping beam gives incredible speed and accuracy. The turbo drive also increases hemming capacity to 50 tons (55US).
- Combi beam with high divided tools and straight rail in combination with segmented tools in the lower beam and folding beam can facilitate extremely complicated folding work.

Cidan Folders meet high efficiency production needs with a host of features. The听CIDAN PRO Z听metal folder sits at the top of its class in folding complex profiles and heavy material. Folding both up and down, this machine eliminates the need for an operator to flip their material, providing time-efficient folding of complex parts for just one operator. Our newly-developed folding beam, automatic folding center and sheet thickness adjustment provides superior folding quality in all thicknesses without crowning. With auto-locking, tool changes can now be made even faster and the control system has been updated to the ProLink Z.
The听PRO Z听metal folder can also be equipped with our eccentric OED, which provides the same high clamping pressure and capacity regardless of the selected tool height while maintaining maximum opening height. While designing the new听PRO Z听metal folder, our engineers utilized the ability to fold in both directions and a wide range of movement to achieve the three priorities CIDAN has been known for, safety, speed, and flexibility.

Folding both up and down, this machine eliminates the need to flip material, providing time-efficient folding of complex parts using one operator. With the capacity to fold听both directions while maintaining the ability for up acting front operation for small batch runs, this machine is proven to be the complete package for sheet metal shops. Tool changes can now be made even faster thanks to optional dual sided high divided tools on combi beam, automatic tool locking, as well as the new tool layout in the updated control system, Prolink X. A newly developed construction of the folding beam, automatic folding center, and sheet thickness adjustment provides superior folding quality in all thicknesses without requiring crowning.

Cidan folders are on the cutting edge of technology. The CIDAN MEGAPRO听metal folder is an extremely strong and sturdy folding machine. With its dual servo driven motors for both clamping and folding beams, it produces 60 tons (66 US) of clamping pressure. This metal folder is not just strong, it is incredibly intelligent, providing advanced CNC folder functions as standard features. The automatic adjustment for sheet thickness, folding center, and crowning along with the automatic tool locking-system makes the听MEGAPRO听the perfect brawn and brains machine for your shop.
